I have been on tt.net for a long time, but i rarely post. I thought i would share some pics of the Z engine build from this winter. My father and I did the whole build, except for the machine work. Just a quick run down of the parts- 88mm Wiseco pistons, balanced rotating assem., arp fasteners, inconel manis, 300 degree fuel rails, 675rs turbos, Nismo 740cc injectors, z1 intercoolers, etc. It should be running in the next week or two!
The engine bay is prepped, and the engine is about ready to drop in!
Here are two pics of the z last summer before the engine came out. - I know, I know another on the grass picture- Flame Away!
Here is one pic of my sr'd 240sx. My father and I built this also. It started out as a $300 non-running, automatic, 4-lug pos. We did the sr swap, 5-lug cov, 5-spd swap, and all the paint work at my house. It's fun, but it's no ttZ!
